It seems like only yesterday that we were in the middle of Icecrown pushing to get Lich King down. Here we are, nearly a decade after Wrath of the Lich King came out and we've come together again as a core group of players. Wrath is what tied us together as a team and once again in Legion, we're knit tightly as a band of people who come ready to play, focus and still have fun.
I know many of us, and I speak a lot for myself here, had no plans of returning to WoW let alone raiding again but I feel we've found our balance again. So, we push into the next line of content with that steadiness we once had still remembering that all of our lives are busier than they once were yet finding the focus we have as a team. We are more than a team here, we are a family, something we show as new people join us. We help each other out, we spread the love when it comes to loot, and we do our best to be patient with one another.
As we embark upon the next raid -Tomb of Sargeras - keep these thoughts in mind: Come prepared with both the basic knowledge of the fights and materials needed (flasks/food) and we'll of course provide either if we have them on hand. Our raid leaders will be there to share what we'll be doing for the fight, but a basic knowledge is very helpful. No one is saying we should be min/maxing the first week, but it is apparant if you haven't watched the fights yet or read the dungeon journal...Tomb of Sargeras promises to be very challenging with its fight mechanics. And above all, let's have fun with this new round of content.
Recently we voted on new raid nights/raid times and so here we are:
Thursdays at 7:30PM-9:30PM PST
Sundays at 7:00PM - 9:30PM PST
The new schedule starts June 22nd.
Come ready to kick some demon butt!
